- The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") set out the rights and obligations of the Consumer (hereinafter referred to as "Consumer") using the services provided by Márton Mucsi, a sole proprietor.
- Márton Mucsi, sole proprietor and the Consumer, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties.
- The GTC apply to all legal transactions and services that the Consumer may use.
I. GENERAL INFORMATION

- The language of the contract is Hungarian. This document does not constitute a written contract, its contents are not filed and archived, and therefore it is not accessible or retrievable.
- Prices are in HUF and include VAT.
- You will pay the nominal value of the service used to Márton Mucsi, a self-employed entrepreneur.
- In the case of online credit card payments via Stripe, the credit card data will not be transmitted to Márton Mucsi. In the comment field of each transfer, please indicate the name of the person attending the course, class or workshop and the exact course, class or workshop fee. An invoice for the transfer will always be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.
II. USE OF DAY TICKETS OR SEASON TICKETS
The validity of a season ticket and/or a ticket (price per session) can be found in the description of the types of season tickets on the website of Márton Mucsi. The data may vary according to the type of ticket.
III. USE OF THE WORKSHOPS ON THE WEBSITE
- For online courses on the website, in all cases, the Consumer registers directly on the website and pays the workshop fee by the method of his/her choice - credit card or bank transfer.
- The workshop selected and paid for by the Consumer may be viewed for a limited period of 30 or 60 days from the date of payment of the workshop price, as specified in the description of the product.
- The Consumer may attend the workshop at any time within the period specified in III/"., either in several instalments or on several occasions.
IV. USE OF FUTURE WORKSHOPS
- For all courses, pre-registration is required, with a deposit payment in accordance with the details published when the course is advertised.
- The remaining course fees shall be paid by the applicant to Márton Mucsi, the entrepreneur, at the latest on the first occasion, in a manner mutually agreed by the Parties.
- The cancellation conditions:
i) In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the workshop start date, the full amount paid will be refunded, less a handling fee of HUF 5.000,-.
ii) In the event of cancellation between 6 weeks before the workshop start date and the start date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
iii) In case of cancellation after the start date of the workshop, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Courses can be joined at the latest on the second occasion, but not afterwards.

V. OTHER PROVISIONS
- A https://wuweibp.helloonline.eu/ website or its content, or any part of it, is protected by copyright. Only Márton Mucsi, as a sole proprietor, is entitled to exercise the rights thereto.
- Without the prior written consent of Márton Mucsi, it is prohibited to use, reproduce, transfer, distribute, adapt or store all or part of the content of this website in any form.
- Márton Mucsi is entitled to send a newsletter to the Consumer, provided that the Consumer has given his/her prior, unambiguous, explicit and voluntary consent by providing the relevant data and accepting the Privacy Policy.
- Márton Mucsi is not obliged to verify whether the data provided by the Consumer at the time of giving his consent are true or correct.

- In matters not covered by these general terms and conditions, the provisions of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code and Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses shall apply.
- You are bound by these terms and conditions as in force at the time of purchase.
- These terms and conditions and the privacy notice are available on the https://wuweibp.helloonline.eu/ can be consulted on the website without registration and can be downloaded by natural persons for private use without restriction.
- You are hereby informed that if Márton Mucsi, as a sole trader, is unable to fulfil his obligations related to the provision of the Service for reasons beyond his control and for which he is not responsible, this shall not constitute a breach of contract. In particular, such force majeure shall be deemed to be war, civil commotion, strike, riot, natural disaster, fire, explosion, interruption of electricity supply, failure or interruption of leased line service, state of emergency or any other similar unavoidable situation (hereinafter referred to as force majeure). In the event of force majeure, Márton Mucsi shall be exempt from liability for non-performance or partial non-performance of his obligations only to the extent and for such period as the force majeure significantly prevents or renders impossible performance to the extent and for such period as the force majeure prevents or renders impossible performance.

- Márton Mucsi is entitled to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions of these GTC at any time.
