        II. USE OF DAY TICKETS OR SEASON TICKETS<\/h5>

        The validity of a season ticket and\/or a ticket (price per session) can be found in the description of the types of season tickets on the website of M\u00e1rton Mucsi. The data may vary according to the type of ticket.<\/p>

        III. USE OF THE WORKSHOPS ON THE WEBSITE<\/h5>
        1. For online courses on the website, in all cases, the Consumer registers directly on the website and pays the workshop fee by the method of his\/her choice - credit card or bank transfer.<\/li>
        2. The workshop selected and paid for by the Consumer may be viewed for a limited period of 30 or 60 days from the date of payment of the workshop price, as specified in the description of the product.<\/li>
        3. The Consumer may attend the workshop at any time within the period specified in III\/\"., either in several instalments or on several occasions.<\/li><\/ol>
          IV. USE OF FUTURE WORKSHOPS<\/h5>
          1. For all courses, pre-registration is required, with a deposit payment in accordance with the details published when the course is advertised.<\/li>
          2. The remaining course fees shall be paid by the applicant to M\u00e1rton Mucsi, the entrepreneur, at the latest on the first occasion, in a manner mutually agreed by the Parties.<\/li>
          3. The cancellation conditions:<\/li><\/ol>

            i) In the event of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the workshop start date, the full amount paid will be refunded, less a handling fee of HUF 5.000,-.<\/p>

            ii) In the event of cancellation between 6 weeks before the workshop start date and the start date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/p>

            iii) In case of cancellation after the start date of the workshop, the deposit will not be refunded.<\/p>

            1. Courses can be joined at the latest on the second occasion, but not afterwards.<\/li>

              V. OTHER PROVISIONS<\/h5>

              2. Without the prior written consent of M\u00e1rton Mucsi, it is prohibited to use, reproduce, transfer, distribute, adapt or store all or part of the content of this website in any form.<\/li>
              3. M\u00e1rton Mucsi is entitled to send a newsletter to the Consumer, provided that the Consumer has given his\/her prior, unambiguous, explicit and voluntary consent by providing the relevant data and accepting the Privacy Policy.<\/li>
